TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Reservations must be made through Casino Meeting Planners or one of its affiliates/agents and all prices are in US dollars. A $100 deposit per person is required at the time of booking. Balance of payment is due 30 days in advance of arrival. Reservations made fewer than 30 days in advance of arrival require full balance due at time of booking.
Travel is a perishable product, which often cannot be resold. For this reason, some penalties and restrictions apply with your golf vacation investment. Your right to receive a refund is limited and subject to 5% refund charge.
All Cancellations will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee unless otherwise noted. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the date of the trip will receive a full refund minus the cancellation charge. Cancellations within 30 days of the date of the trip will result in a forfeiture of the $100 deposit. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 7 days of the trip. All cancellations must be received in writing after initial notification by phone. If proper notice is not received, a refund will not be issued.
Casino Meeting Planners cooperating affiliates/agents and associated golf courses and hotels shall not be liable for any injury. Casino Meeting Planners accepts no responsibility for irregularity, which may be occasioned either by reason of any defect in the company or persons engage in/or carrying out arrangements of the package. Casino Meeting Planners and its affiliates/agents are not responsible for any misprints.
Cancellation insurance is highly recommended. Trip cancellation, medical & hospital, baggage and sporting coverage are available for your vacation. By not taking insurance, you are fully liable for any and all penalties imposed as stated under Cancellation Policy on this page. Contact your Casino Meeting Planners representative or the individual affiliates/agents for information on Travel Insurance.
