Card, Expiration Date and Billing Address for processing. We can even give your group their own web page where each participant can pay on-line with their own credit cards.

necessary?
Yes! A $500.00
deposit and signed agreement must be received before your trip date
is confirmed.
What is the
Cancellation Policy?
If cancellation is received 15 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of package price will be refunded. If cancellation is received 8 to 14 days prior to arrival, 25% of package price will be refunded. Cancellations made fewer than 7 days prior to arrival will result in forfeit of 100% of the package price. All cancellations must be received in writing after initial notification by phone. If proper notice is not received, a refund will not be issued.
When is the
Final Payment due?
Final payment
is due no later than one week prior to your trip or it will be cancelled
and your deposit will not be refunded.
What about
the Departure Time?
The coach must
depart on time. We have assigned tee times at the course and are
required to check in 20 or 30 minutes prior to play. Your group
is no different than a foursome in that you must make your tee-time
or forfeit it. Please understand that this is how all Golf courses
operate. They make no exceptions for a group. If we miss our tee-time
it will throw off the whole day.
What is the
policy on Alcohol?
Because of numerous
problems in the past the following will be strictly enforced:
- Alcohol may
be brought by the group but cannot be brought up from the luggage
bays on the motor coach until departure from the course.
- Moderation
of no more than 2 drinks per person is allowed on the motor coach.
- Intoxicated
or rowdy persons prior to or at any time during the trip can be
refused boarding or removed from the course or the entire trip
without refund.
- Drinking
in the parking lot or stuffing golf bags with beer/alcohol is
prohibited. Each golf course has a state issued Alcohol Beverage
license and this activity puts the license in jeopardy.
Can Novice
Golfers participate?
If by chance
there are beginner-golfers with the group, they should be paired
with an experienced golfer to help them with the rules of the game,
course etiquette, speed of play, enjoyment of the day and it will
keep the course happy.
What if you
are Non-Meat Eater?
Please let Golf
Vacations know at least one week prior to the trip. Non-meat
eaters can have a choice of pasta or a chicken dish.
Do you need
Golf Clubs?
Every player
must have their own set of Golf Clubs. There is no sharing. This
is course policy to help speed play. If an individual does not have
clubs, they can be rented at the course for a nominal charge. Rental
clubs should be reserved in advance.
What about
the Speed of Play?
You must keep
pace with the group in front of you. If your group consists of a
large number of beginners, a Scramble format should
be considered. Please ask us for assistance in setting this up.
What is the
Dress Code?
Proper Golf
attire is required. Collared Shirts, NO Blue Jeans, NO T-shirts
and Shorts must be hemmed.
What happens
if it rains?
The golf course
makes the call. If they are opened for business, you play. If they
are not opened, the trip becomes a Gamble Only" day and
a refund for the Golf and Meal will be issued within 5 days. Plus
a $10.00 food voucher will be issued upon arrival at Resorts Casino.
Is there
anything else a group should know?
Yes! Proper
Golf Etiquette and general good behavior is required. Rowdy, raucous
or loud individuals or groups not capable of self-control will be
removed from the course, motor coach or casino without refund.
